The secret of the cake

For Kathy who wondered how I made such an amazing cake for Mr Mr's birthday here it is... the ultra cool 3D wilton ducky tin:
http://www.cakesnthings.com/pdfs/2105-20943-DRubberDucky.pdf

I probably could have bought a cool cake for the price I paid for this tin + ingredients and the day it took to make it. But it wouldnt have had the love, and I wouldnt have taken as much joy in loping off its head!

You can add hyperlinks by pasting the URL into a box - should be a little button in the toolbar, probably looks like a paperclip. Select / highlight the text first, eg, "Duck Cake Instructions", then click the box & paste or type the URL.

Yeah I know... I was just being lazy :D

I haven't seen Caz being so instructive since the days of Margok's blogspot blog.

By the way, Caz, were you the individual responsible for that blog?

James - ah, the good ol' days, 'ey? Weren't they grand.

You know the real Margo is back, at WD? Well, hardly a surprise, since her nemesis is up for election again later this year. Couldn't imagine she would keep her hand off it, no matter how many evil, invisible, enemies are out to get her. She will claim all credit if Howard loses, and I can think of little that could be more galling.

The big mystery: who wrote the blog? Some over at Blair's place seemed to hint that they knew who was behind it, and perhaps some did know, but they kept that little secret tight. Would Blair have done it himself? Or perhaps Evil Pundit? Whoever, it was good, if somewhat uneven. The ending was entirely "out of character", thus was somewhat disappointing - to me at least. Having the pretend Margo disappear up her own arse would have been more convincing than having her learn how to spell and write a grammatically correct sentence.

You really must post about your travel plans some time, if it ever takes your fancy, ie, are you definitely going to "go"? When, where, etc?

PS - Yes, my child can spend hours making a duck cake, but is too lazy to do a hyperlink. *Sigh*

I agree, it was an anti-climactic ending.

And Mr Blair was on my suspect list, as well. Though I wouldn't put it past you, either, Cazzy!

Then again, maybe it was me...
