My poor neglected blog

As quickly as my blog started I have already ignored it for 3 days...
I do have good reason though and I thought I should explain before anyone thinks I don't care.

I have neglected blog world for Plutarch, yes that's right, the fall of the Roman republic has become more important than blog world.

So if you do happen to stop by and there is nothing new here its is just because I have an exam in 2 weeks, then one on Australian literature to 1950 the week after. But if I find anything insightful that I feel the world has to know about in my studies Ill be sure to fill everyone in hehehe

In the mean time you can tell me your thoughts on this...

Miss "I ripped off sex and the city" She annoys me thoroughly and yet she has hundreds of people replying to her. Am I the only one who hates this woman?

Do a post about the Germanic invasion of Rome! It's not quite current affairs, but it's still interesting! Also, we ought to have more blog posts about pre-1950s Australian literature - more people need to read Mary Gilmore! And Lennie Lower!

Yeah Timmy!

As well as those you mentioned , what about Hugh McCrae, John Shaw Neilson(absolutely adore his poetry)Ronald McCuaig, and J.S. Manifold.(The Bunyip and the Whistling Kettle is a favourite of mine)

Grrrrr - you may be a Princess, but that's no excuse for not providing me with hyperlinks!

Oh yes, Sam & the City is lame. Never has an original thought or discussion idea crossed her router.

Astonishingly, squillions of people not only read this thread-bare cliche, they comment, at great length, generally not less than 3000 words at a time, containing no less than 18 personal revelations of the "too much information" variety.

OMG - did you know she has put out a book?

I won't say "written", 'cause it's almost odds-on that most of it came from blog commenters.

"Sam and the City: Modern Love: How the Blog Generation Do It"

From what I've read, they do it exactly the same as all previous generations, but far less eloquently and with far greater verbosity.
